    Ample Architectural Hardware Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in Malaysia on 3 September 2002 in accordance with the Malaysian Registrar of Companies to be a one-stop solution provider of architectural hardware and related products in the building construction sector. Since then, we at Ample have contributed to the success of thousands of projects locally and internationally.

    Our Products comply with European standards such as BS EN 1935, BS EN 12209, BS EN 1303, BS EN 1154, BS EN 1158, BS EN 1125 and BS EN 12051. While having international recognition, our brand Evaloc also complies with the Local Standards of Product Certification, SIRIM. This is the reason Evaloc is widely known and used for government and private projects alike.

    We are also known in the industry for providing key systems such as the Master Key System (MK), Grand Master Key System (GMK), and Keyed-Alike Systems (KA) that are tailored to our customers’ requirements.

    Besides architectural hardware, we also supply bathroom & sanitary ware, fire-rated doors, timber doors, door frames, windows, window frames, window hardware, glass, general hardware and more.

    Our Process

    When we at Ample work with you, we only have one goal, which is to ensure your success and thus, satisfaction.

    1. Stage 1:

      Requirements Gathering

      The first step towards a successful project is by gathering project requirements. Requirements can be determined by discussions held with our team and providing documents like Schedules, Floor Plans, CAD files, BIM files etc. to us. You can upload these documents on the Request for Quotation page or send them to us through email.

    2. Stage 2:

      Products & Services Specification

      Once the project requirements have been made clear, our team will propose products and/or services which are required for the project. Should there be any changes in the project requirements, just let us know and we will do the necessary. At this stage, a Quotation or Proforma Invoice would have been sent to you.

    3. Stage 3:

      Acceptance & Confirmation

      By this stage, the project requirements would have been made concrete and no further revisions should be made. Receiving a Purchase Order, followed by payment from you based on agreed terms would indicate confirmation of the Proposal/ Quotation/ Project Documents generated by us.

    4. Stage 4:

      Project Implementation

      Work commences and our team will coordinate with you on the project deliverables. Throughout the implementation stage, our team will be on standby to ensure everything goes smoothly. Based on experience, problems may arise due to unforseen circumstances. However, we at Ample will work with you to solve any challenge you might face along the way.
